Rimas Silkaitis, head of professional services at Chartio, took the lead on finding a telecommunications service that was a suitable fit for the company. “We were looking for a solution that could scale out without being too cost prohibitive,” said Rimas. “I worked at previous companies where we tried to build call centers on Twillio, and I really wasn’t happy with call quality and service from other companies.”

Because sales representatives are in and out of the office, the softphone service comes in handy. “Our set up at Chartio is we all use softphones on our computers. If anyone is out they can use soft-based smart phones. The sales staff tell us it’s great,” said Rimas. “The great thing about the technology is that since we all have laptops, if someone needs to go make a call, he or she can just move around to another desk and do their work.”

Overall, Chartio enjoys the quality of technology Telnexus offers. “The call quality stands out, and I can work directly with a Telnexus employee to get all the information I need. The instructions for set up were very clear and easy to understand,” concluded Rimas.
